Our Revolution Cambridge continues the political revolution ignited by the Bernie 2016 primary campaign. Together with our elected candidates, we actively engage with the City Council and the School Committee advocating for policies that will build and sustain a diverse, equitable, just and livable city.

Protect no-, low-, and moderate income people with rent stabilization, city housing vouchers, social housing, and a Cambridge Community Land Trust
Fund safety net programs, including those affected by federal cuts.
Defend and protect immigrants, LGBTQIA+, and all community members against federal attacks.
Keep DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives and resist federal attacks.
Support Cambridge HEART for public safety and end police use of surveillance technologies, including ShotSpotter.
Support the demands of unions in Cambridge to obtain livable salaries, strong benefits, and optimal working conditions.
Combat global warming and assure residents a livable city.

Defend all public education stakeholders against federal assault.
Advance Cambridge Public School’s (CPS) anti-racist mission and close resource & opportunity gaps.
Prioritize meaningful stakeholder engagement, empowerment, and collaborative decision-making.
Make CPS’s controlled choice system more equitable.
Replace the MCAS system with authentic forms of assessment and experiential learning.
Expand wraparound services for students and families.
Return agency to educators. Provide livable salaries, strong benefits, and optimal working conditions.
Add a non-voting Cambridge Education Association member to the School Committee.
Advocate for increased and equitable state funding for public schools.
